The Kinloch Experience

Your experience starts by searching for the home that is right for you. If you find a home that meets your needs, click on the Contact Us button within the listing and you will be connected with our local agent who can answer any questions you may have, and schedule a showing.

Once you have decided that you wish to lease the home, you can apply for the residence through the Kinloch Portal. We will perform a standardized credit and background check, review your employment, income, and rental history, check references as necessary and let you know if you qualify for the home. It will be important that all family members over the age of 18 who will be residing in the home, complete an application, so we can process it as quickly as possible.

Once approved, you will be sent a lease electronically for review.  After you have reviewed the lease, the Kinloch Portal allows you to sign the lease, and set up a convenient, electronic payment option, including payment via ACH transfer directly from your bank account. This system eliminates the hassles of writing checks or copying leases. Simply sign the lease electronically, submit the proper payment, and you are on your way.

Once the lease is signed by all parties, our agent will then be notified that you are leasing the home, and will reach out to you personally, to schedule your move-in date inspection. This will provide you the opportunity to inspect the home and receive the keys. Congratulations, you are now part of the Kinloch Family!

The Kinloch Portal will then serve as your gateway to us, allowing you to submit maintenance requests, make rent payments, receive important community updates, or even send us a friendly text or email to let us know how we are doing. You will be assigned a dedicated property manager to make sure we are meeting your needs every step of the way and answer any questions you may have.
