Kinloch Partners completes rental subdivision

Kinloch Partners has completed Fairview Station a subdivision made up completely of high end rental houses. “This is the first of its kind in Williamson County and hopefully not the last” said Bruce McNeilage president of Kinloch Partners. “People moving here that can’t find affordable housing can rent our houses and when they are ready to buy we will sell the houses to them”.

McNeilage, through Kinloch Partners owns brand new rental houses in five states. “It’s my job to bring affordable housing to the people”. It’s what my partner and I do, it is why we go to work each day”.
